It’s a vastly overlooked and under appreciated movie by Ridley Scott with Leonardo DiCaprio, Russell Crowe and Mark Strong. 

In short: Spy thriller 2.0 with extra eyefucking, cigar porn and hilariously Rah-Rah-America!Crowe. Plenty of action and excellent dialogue, not to mention the acting.
